Highlights from the Guild Display Table June 2006

Geraldine McCulloch - Two pieces of cloth dyed using the Shibori technique from an Indigo Shibori workshop with Barbara Schey. One piece was cotton voile which was sewn and bound and the other was crinkled cotton which was folded and wrapped around a pole.
Henny Matthysen - A handwoven cape in twill made with commercial wool and silk yarns, it had a crochet edge made from handspun yarn.
Rod Byatt - A Samurai armour lacing braid made from hand dyed cotton.
Sue Rogers - A cream coloured handwoven scarf made with fine wool and silk from a pattern from 'Handwoven' magazine.
Lucille Ryan - A scarf knitted with handspun yarn in multi-directions. Lucille hand dyed the wool sliver, spun a single thread and chain plyed it.
