The Guild only collects personal information from its members where it is necessary for the running of the Guild and where it is needed to offer its members the services and activities they expect as members of the Guild.
This information is collected from the members, not from a third party.
At anytime, members may request the Guild to inform them of what personal information the Guild holds about them.
Access to the Guild’s computer database is controlled and only authorised people have access to it. Paper records are kept only as long as is necessary for administrative and legal purposes and access to them is restricted.
The Guild undertakes not to make any member’s personal details available to other members of the Guild for any reason other than the running of the Guild unless members have given their permission for this to be done.
Membership records are not made available to any outside organisation or individuals.
